**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
**Location**: Stage 3, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (as per experience & interview)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate sales.
- Explain products and services to customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telecalling/Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English & Hindi (Kannada will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
