**Position**: Tele Sales Executive

**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers to promote and explain our products or services
- Understand customer needs and provide **personalized solutions** to drive conversions
- **Follow up regularly** with prospects to maintain engagement and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of **calls, leads, and interactions** using CRM tools or Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for **smooth onboarding and post-sale support**:

- Achieve and exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**:

- Provide excellent customer service to build relationships and encourage **repeat business and referrals**

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong **communication and persuasion skills** in English and regional languages
- Confidence and resilience to **handle rejection** and stay motivated in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of **CRM tools or Excel** for lead tracking and reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
