Job Title: Support - Credit Control

**Department**: Finance / Accounts
**Location**: Nungambakkam
**Reports to**: Credit Control Manager / Finance Head

Job Purpose:
To assist the Credit Control team in managing outstanding accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing support in credit risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer communications and payment statuses.
- Support the Credit Control team in sending invoices, account statements, and reminders.
- Help process and reconcile customer payments against invoices.
- Assist in evaluating customer creditworthiness based on company policies.
- Escalate problematic accounts to senior team members with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve customer disputes and billing queries.
- Prepare regular reports related to aged debtors and collection status.
- Support the month-end closing process related to accounts receivable.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounts receivable role (freshers can be considered for junior support roles).
- Basic understanding of credit control and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹340,000.00 per year
