**Job Title**: Credit Control Executive (Fresher)

**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Age Limit**: Below 40 years

**Language Requirement**:Hindi - Mandatory** (Basic English or Tamil is a plus)

**Job Role & Responsibilities**

As a **Credit Control Executive (Fresher)**, you will assist in managing customer accounts, following up for payments, and supporting the finance team in credit management tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in financial operations with hands-on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Follow-ups**:

- Call and follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain daily records of calls, promises to pay, and payment status.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with clients in **Hindi** to resolve basic queries regarding invoices and payment terms.
- Provide support in managing customer relationships professionally.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Update customer ledger and payment tracking sheets.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports for the accounts team.
- **Coordination Support**:

- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
- Help with document filing and organizing financial paperwork.
- **Learning & Development**:

- Get trained in credit evaluation and debt management procedures.
- Develop understanding of financial controls and accounting basics.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or any related field
- **Experience**:Freshers welcome**; prior internship or project in accounts/finance is a bonus
- **Age**: Below 40 years
- **Language**: Fluency in **Hindi** is **mandatory**:

- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry

- Comfortable making phone calls and handling customer interactions
