**About the role**

The Executive - Credit Control will be responsible for the periodic billing of clients for the services rendered by the Company and for following up with them for payments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Raising Invoices / Credit notes, setting up new clients and contracts
- Setting up Direct Debit Details for clients
- As part of the above checking contracts and order forms are in place and valid
- Dealing with sales queries both internally and externally
- Supporting sales staff with service information and ad hoc queries
- Sending out statements and debtors ageing report
- Supporting finance managers with sales analysis

**Key Technical Skills**

Good MS Excel skills

Excellent communication skill (written and spoken) - should have interacted with international clients

**Competency requirements**
- Excellent English Communication skills (verbal & written) with accent neutral diction
- Very strong analytical skills and the ability to solve a problem quickly
- Strong time management and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibility to multi
- task
- Ability to talk to international customers and establish a good working relationship with the internal and external teams
- Ability to achieve the defined performance metrics in terms of SLAs, TAT, Quality, APT and first-hand resolution
