**Job description**

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERABLE**

As a Lease Abstractor, your primary responsibility is to review and analyze commercial or residential lease agreements to extract and summarize key terms and provisions. You will be tasked with creating concise summaries that accurately capture the essential details of each lease, including but not limited to lease terms, rental rates, renewal options, landlord and tenant obligations, and any special provisions or clauses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lease Document Browsing: Thoroughly examine commercial lease agreements, including but not limited to terms, conditions, clauses, and addendums.

2. Lease Abstraction: Condense complex lease documents into clear and concise summaries, highlighting crucial details and obligations for easy reference. Extract essential information from lease documents, such as lease commencement and termination dates, rental rates, escalation clauses, renewal options, and tenant responsibilities. Analyze financial aspects of leases, including rent payments, security deposits, allowances, and any additional fees or charges.

3. Database Management: Enter abstracted data into designated databases or software systems accurately, ensuring consistency and integrity of information

4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of abstracted lease data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.

5. Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including legal, finance, property management, and leasing departments, to provide support and clarification regarding lease terms and obligations.

6. Documentation Maintenance: Maintain organized records of abstracted lease documents and summaries, ensuring accessibility and availability for future reference and audits.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial real estate leasing to enhance skills and improve efficiency in lease abstraction processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Any UG degree, PG degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in lease abstraction, commercial real estate, property management, or legal documentation review is advantageous. Experience in multilingual leases is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex lease documents accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with lease management software or databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
