**Job Title**:
Senior UX Designer
**Location**:
Hinjewadi, Pune
**About Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you will be
responsible for understanding both business requirements and technical constraints while crafting user
- centered designs. You will conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to
gather insights and translate them into actionable design solutions, including task flows, user flows,
empathy maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the product requirements, dive deep into problem statements, and conduct user

research to design user-centric products.
- Translate concepts into task flows, user flows, empathy maps, wireframes, and prototypes that

lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct analysis and UX audits of existing products and plan a product revamp to improve the

user experience.
- Take part in ideation and brainstorming sessions, present ideas, and collaborate with other teams

such as PMs, Developers, and QA to ensure design alignment.
- Proficient in Figma for wireframing and prototyping; must be well-versed in Adobe Photoshop,

After Effects, and Illustrator to improve visual designs.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure a user-centered design approach, prioritizing ease of use, accessibility, and performance

in all projects.
- Work in an agile environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design

standards.
- Run usability tests with real users to identify friction points or areas for improvement. Refine

designs based on test results and user feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure that design patterns, components, and UI elements are consistent across all platforms.

Periodically update the design system to accommodate new features and maintain a cohesive
brand experience and scalability.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital product design (both apps and dashboards).
- Proficient with visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, gathering actionable insights, and

analyzing data to make design decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex problems into

simple, intuitive design solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX laws, heuristics principles, and best

practices for web and mobile interfaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and

defend design decisions through logic.
- Experience designing products in the Fintech, SaaS, and B2B domains is a plus.
- A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

is preferred.
**Nice to Have**:

- Experience designing for enterprise-level SaaS products or financial services.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
- Experience with motion design and animation tools like After effects, LottieFiles and

Rive, etc
