As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, curating, and managing social media content for our international clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative ideas and strategies for enhancing the presence of our clients across various social media platforms.
- Curate monthly and weekly social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Work closely with designers to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of social media accounts for international clients, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Implement strategies to increase engagement and grow follower base across social media platforms through organic and paid initiatives.
- Develop original and engaging content tailored to each client's target audience, utilizing a variety of formats and storytelling techniques.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using tools such as Excel, Notion, or other social media analytics platforms, providing insights on key metrics and performance trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,295.46 - ₹43,323.32 per month
