**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and action items.
- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Prepare and distribute project-related communications to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively seeking solutions to mitigate them.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and organizing project-related events.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
