We are looking for a **ServiceNow SPM Architect** to lead the design, development, and implementation of **Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)** solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

**#Responsibilities**:

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and solution design.
- Architect and implement **SPM modules** (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financial Planning, APM).
- Define best practices for **workflow automation, UI configuration, and integrations (SSO, LDAP, APIs)**.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ServiceNow teams to optimize platform performance.
- Create technical documentation, test strategies, and training materials.
- Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.

**#Requirements**:

- **8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with expertise in SPM**:

- Strong knowledge of **Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Portal**:

- Proven experience in **solution architecture and enterprise-level implementations**:

- **ServiceNow CSA & SPM Architect Certifications (mandatory)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- ServiceNow SPM: 8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CSA (preferred)
- SPM (preferred)
