iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of ServiceNow Architect (SPM + EA Module).

About the Role:

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will have 1017 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on implementation and architecture design in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Core Requirements (In Order of Importance):

Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM and EA modules.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, customization, and integration.

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and future roadmaps.

Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Drive stakeholder workshops, architecture documentation, and governance.

Qualifying Criteria:

Proven experience in architecting ServiceNow implementations for SPM and EA modules.

Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management within ServiceNow.

Expertise in data modeling, ServiceNow architecture patterns, and CMDB integration.

Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is mandatory.
