We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and solution design.
- Architect and implement SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financial Planning, APM).
- Define best practices for workflow automation, UI configuration, and integrations (SSO, LDAP, APIs).
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ServiceNow teams to optimize platform performance.
- Create technical documentation, test strategies, and training materials.
- Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to industry

**Requirements**:
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with expertise in SPM
Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Portal
Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-level implementations
ServiceNow CSA & SPM Architect Certifications (mandatory)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
