**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive
**Location**: Sector-63, Noida
**Department**: E-commerce / Sales
**Reports To**: E-commerce Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings on **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain effective **Amazon FBA** listings, ensuring accuracy in product details, images, and pricing.
- Develop and execute performance-driven **Amazon Ads Campaigns** (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.
- Track and analyze ad performance, and adjust strategies to achieve optimal ROI.
- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels and reordering, to ensure smooth operations and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to drive e-commerce growth.
- Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain account health and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, e-commerce tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Strong knowledge of **Amazon FBA**, **Flipkart** Seller Center, and listing optimization.
- Expertise in **Amazon Ads Campaigns** (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Proficient in **Excel** for reporting, data analysis, and inventory management.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights to optimize sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing multiple marketplaces beyond Amazon and Flipkart.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
