This Role will be responsible for breakdown handling, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of **CNC / VMC/ HMC Machine Shop and Foundry**. Implementing Root cause analysis or breakdowns. Preventive actions - **Mechanical / Electrical**. Get the quotes from suppliers for spares & services, certification of work carried out by contractor. To take appropriate decision regarding PM Plan & its implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Breakdown handling in individual shift.
- Knowledge of CNC / VMC/ HMC Machine Shop machines and Foundry, machines alignment, ball screw replacement, indexing motor and gearbox replacement, air Compressor maintenance. Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Machine.
- To keep the equipment in good working condition.
- Testing and commissioning of the mechanical assembly as per machine drawing.
- Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment’s.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**
- ITI in **Fitter / Electrical** with **2 to 4 years** of experience.
- Having worked as a Mechanical / Electrical maintenance.
- Handling Breakdowns and Machine Troubleshooting.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
