**About The Team**:
Web Producer Team at Rubrik plays a key role within the Marketing organization, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-impact digital experiences. From managing web content updates to optimizing user journeys and supporting campaign launches, the team bridges creative vision with technical precision. We collaborate closely with design, content, and digital teams to bring Rubrik’s brand to life across the web. This position reports to the Digital Experience and Growth team and works cross-functionally with IT, engineering, marketing operations, development, creative, and UX teams.

**About The Role**:
At Rubrik, we’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and energetic marketing professional to join our Digital Experience & Growth team as a Web Producer. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the execution of our global digital presence—supporting day-to-day web production needs, product launches, announcements, and high-impact campaigns across Rubrik's digital properties.

As a Web Producer, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with IT, engineering, marketing ops, creative, UX, and development teams to bring compelling, high-performing web experiences to life. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping processes tight and details sharper. You're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for pivoting quickly and communicating clearly. **What you'll do**:

- Manage content updates for product launches, events, campaigns, case studies, blogs, and press releases across Rubrik web properties
- Build new pages and update existing ones using the AEM CMS
- Implement web best practices, conversion rate, and search engine optimizations
- Support global teams with localized and translated content
- Ensure quality control and collaborate with the QA team
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive efficiencies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet objectives and deliver digital projects on time

**Experience you'll need**:

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in web publishing and content management
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
