Digital Content Producer

We are looking for a full-time Multimedia or Digital Producer who will be responsible for creating multimedia content for the services and products of our company, modeling the core values around personal wellness as well as spiritual growth. The Producer will serve as a creative leader in charge of creating videos and multimedia content that help showcase our courses, services, coaches, and culture. S/he is responsible for the full continuum of filmography including scheduling, producing, directing, filming, and editing a wide variety of course instructional videos, service line and product educational videos, testimonials, and live events that help share our training.
- Develops, edits and modifies high quality original content for our courses and services on the app, web portal, and social media.
- Accountable for videography, photography, associated editing, and post-production tasks.
- Plan and develop multimedia stories aligned with company strategy.
- Research and develop ideas, provide feedback on scripts, maintain interview and shooting schedules, and recommend tools as required.
- Participate in the design of video graphics, titles, music, and creative look of assets; make editorial decisions regarding assembly of information, illustrations, and content.
- Produce creative, highly professional multimedia packages, digital signage and online graphics as directed, integrating across platforms as appropriate video, photography, motion graphics, animation, sound effects and music.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leaders, and additional stakeholders in project development and production. This includes responsibility for suggesting and recruiting pre-approved talent for audio and video features, (e.g., influencers, celebrities, volunteers, business professionals, staff, etc.)
- Keep actively current with rich media techniques, emerging technologies and latest web trends.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on media, communications, filmography, graphic design or related field required.
- At least Three (3) years of experience in videography/photography and editing required.
- Proficiency in Video Editing on Premiere Pro, FCP, After Effects is a must.
- Portfolio of work with links is required.

**Skills**
- Ability to shoot and edit/produce professional videos;
- Experience in post-production, including visual effects, motion graphics, and color correction working with digital multimedia and video editing systems and tools;
- Proficiency with video cameras, tripod, microphones and lights; Understanding of fundamentals of lighting and audio;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail;
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing knowledge;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
- Learning attitude for gathering Spiritual wisdom and align with the company vision of bringing wellness through meditation and spiritual growth;
- Prior experience in educational/wellness industry is a plus

**Salary**: ₹14,247.10 - ₹57,396.25 per month
