We work with brands across India and overseas, and we’re now looking for a Creative Content Writer who can blend creativity with performance to produce content that drives measurable results.Key Responsibilities Ad Copywriting (Performance Marketing Focus)Write high-performing ad copies for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads focused on conversions (CPL, CTR, ROAS).Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to continuously test and optimize ad messaging, CTAs, and creative hooks.Craft scroll-stopping headlines, primary texts, and descriptions aligned with each campaign objective.Maintain multiple tones (luxury, tech, bold, humorous, corporate) depending on the brand.SEO & Blog Content (Organic Growth Focus)Research and write high-quality SEO blogs, landing pages, and pillar content that help websites rank and build authority.Work closely with the SEO team to integrate target keywords, optimize readability, and maintain strong on-page metrics.Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, trending topics, and content optimization practices.Creative Campaign & Media Content Ideation (Brand Building Focus)Collaborate with the Social Media & Media Production teams to ideate creative campaigns, ad shoot concepts, and brand storytelling directions.Contribute ideas for visual storyboards, reels, influencer content, and video scripts.Brainstorm content ideas that bridge performance marketing and brand experience.Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or creative strategy.Strong portfolio of ad copies, blog articles, or campaign content that have driven measurable impact.Deep understanding of how ad creatives, copy, and targeting work together.Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO) and Ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).Excellent command of written English with a clear sense of tone, persuasion, and storytelling.Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — able to work across teams (Performance, SEO, SMM).
