Web Producer

About This Role

Zoom is looking for a highly driven Web Producer to join our growing organization. In this role, you will utilize existing component libraries to create new pages and assets. This individual will work primarily with the Marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with web developers, engineers, marketers, SEOs, localization team and designers to scale Zoom’s web production- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, web developers, visual designers, and business stakeholders to create custom web pages for global product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.- Analyze and execute multiple projects through project management tools, while educating cross-functional partners on brand guidelines and web production requirements.- Develop new web content processes to promote consistency for producers in all regions.- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that web pages meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.- Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.- Reviews team, stakeholder, and user feedback.- Maintain compliance with regional laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies (including accessibility requirements)- Optimize for all device types, languages, and page performance- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.- Technical experience and understanding are preferred, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS like Wordpress, Optimizely.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient with BrowserStack (or similar), JIRA, Confluence, Asana.- Experience building and working with automated tests and tools to scale the testing process (i.e. Jenkins)- Experience with accessibility requirements, testing, and best practices- Nice to have: Experience with Hotjar, Contentsquare, Optimizely Testing tools and Google Analytics
