Export Documentation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
- Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate the smooth movement of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any documentation discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with the preparation of export quotes and shipping instructions for customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions and documentation.
- Track and report on the status of export shipments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to provide timely updates and information.
- Handle customer inquiries related to export documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or international trade.
- Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and knowledge of export management software is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex export scenarios.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with ERP systems related to export management.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping methods.
- Familiarity with trade documentation and regulations for specific export regions.
