- Follow and adhere to the company's quality assurance processes and methodologies. Develop and document testing requirements from appropriate sources such as Business Requirement Specifications Identify defects and track them until completion using the appropriate defect management tool. Participate and contribute to AGILE methodology including daily stand-ups and review meetings. Develop integration test cases for functional integration and end-to-end system and performance testing Communication of test status to Test Leads \ Manager Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release Undertake Defect Management using Microsoft Team Foundation Server & JIRA Execute and/or design automated test scripts for UI and performance testing Support development and implementation of client product and service initiatives Co-operative and Continuous Improvement Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal department team leaders and system users Ensure all contacts and interactions are of the highest standard (written / phone / face-to-face)Build relationships with stakeholders to gain trust and mutual respect Remain focused on key issues and minimise personal bias. knowledge on Server Testing is mandatory.
