**Job Purpose**

1. Support revenue on key portfolios by creating compelling communication for Direct Marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels.

2. It involves monitoring competitive landscape for the portfolio of products managed. In-depth understanding of consumer buying journey to create sharp communication brief for creative agencies (Ad agencies, digital & direct marketing agencies).

3. Handle a team of 2/3 Direct Marketing Managers to build their capabilities and enhance output.

4. Supervise, Evaluate & test communication with consumers to ensure comprehension, likeability and intent.

5. Follow the planning process and deliver to execute the campaign within agreed TAT and process. Track, analyze and publish results.

**Revenue impact (Digital Unassisted Sales)**

1. Support 25% digital unassisted business for key products

2. Develop contextual & relevant communication for identified journeys & consumer segments (Acquisition, On Form and Remarketing) to achieve digital unassisted sales

3. Leverage Behavioral Economics to understand consumer experience on digital using Adobe Analytics to make the journey simple and easy
- Identify drop points and how to remove dissonance through UI/UX n CX interventions via nudges.
- Stitch consumer experience to increase traffic from Organic n Push Channel
- Increase login rates and form completion rates for CTR for Acquisition
- Stitch Re Marketing Communication for higher contributions

4. Ensure communication quality & consistency across channels/media is maintained

5. Closely work with channel owners to ensure error free and timely deployment of communication

3. Create communication using behavioral economics learning, to achieve higher response (click rate/CTR)

4. Develop narrative basis customer behavioral profile segments for on ground sales & digital channels

1. Identify opportunities to test new ideas or intervention for supporting organizational growth objectives and also solving work related challenges wrt Marketing Function domain i.e. Communication, Innovative campaign / product / process ideas / Digital Unassisted Business strategy etc.
