**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:Manage design projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of design materials.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, developers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of design tasks and project deliverables.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the point of contact between clients and the design team, gathering feedback, presenting design concepts, and ensuring that client requirements are met.
- **Creative Direction Support**: Assist the creative team in developing design briefs, mood boards, and visual concepts aligned with client goals and brand objectives.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure design work meets high-quality standards, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications, and conducting thorough reviews before final delivery.
- **Time and Budget Management**:Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that design projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of project progress, timelines, and revisions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for specialized design tasks (e.g., printing, photography, or production).
- **Trend Awareness**:Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.
- **Problem Solving**:Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the design process and work with the team to find effective solutions.
