**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) regularly.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, captions) for posts.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on all platforms, maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, website clicks, etc.) and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and social media algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns (if required).
- Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and followers to boost brand visibility.
- Manage crisis communications on social media, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements or new strategies.
- Execute social media contests, polls, and other interactive content to drive user engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts (preferably for a brand or business).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience running paid ad campaigns on social platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with online reputation management.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
