**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.

3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

5. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.

6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize brand reach and engagement.

7. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns effectively.

**Requirements and skill set**

1. 1.5 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing.

2. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

3. Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.

4. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

5. Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing concepts.

6. Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

7. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

8. Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
