We are looking for a creative and analytical **Social Media Executive** with at least 1 year of professional experience to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics reporting to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and others.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other departments to maintain brand consistency.
- Track competitor activities and suggest improvements to our strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and SEO basics.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or video editing software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
