Relationship Officer

**Relationship Building**:
Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers to support marketing objectives. This includes regular communication, networking, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
**Client Engagement**:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. Foster client loyalty and satisfaction through personalized interactions, timely response to inquiries, and proactive account management.
**Partnership Development**: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our marketing goals. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships that drive brand exposure, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Creative to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on joint initiatives, leverage synergies, and provide valuable insights to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
**Brand Advocacy**: Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to external stakeholders.
**Relationship Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key relationship metrics, such as customer satisfaction, partner performance, and ROI of collaborations. Generate reports and provide regular updates to the marketing team and senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, sales, business development, or relationship management is often required.

**KRA**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Business Development**: Actively seeking and generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the client base.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Promoting and selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
- **Client Retention**: Developing strategies to retain existing clients and reduce churn rate by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their concerns.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- **Product Knowledge**: Developing a deep understanding of the organization's products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
**KPI**:
- **Client Acquisition**:The number of new clients acquired by the relationship officer within a specific period.
- **Cross-Selling/Upselling**:The percentage of existing clients who purchase additional products or services recommended by the relationship officer to demonstrate their effectiveness in maximizing revenue from existing client relationships.
- **Average Lead Response Time**: Average response time for all leads received by the relationship officer.
- **First Contact Resolution**: Track the percentage of leads that are effectively addressed and resolved in the initial response from the relationship officer. This KPI indicates their ability to provide comprehensive and timely information to leads.
- Measure the amount of time it takes the relationship officer to follow up with leads after the initial response. This KPI ensures that leads receive consistent communication and ongoing support.
- **Conversion Rate**:Measuring the percentage of leads converted into actual clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Setting and achieving sales targets for new business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- **Referral Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of referrals received, track conversion rates, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the referral program.
