We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Chemist to join our team in our cosmetic manufacturing plant. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful and efficient production of color cosmetic products, including Mouthwash, Toothpaste, Skin Creams, Lotion and Face Wash. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the bulk manufacturing process for cosmetic products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Ensure product quality by performing viscosity measurements and conducting other relevant tests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all formulas, processes, and production information.
- Implement and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity principles.
- Be involved in the introduction and production of new cosmetic products.
- Calibrate weighing balances and other production equipment before each use.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) meticulously.
- Monitor and maintain critical control points throughout the production and packaging processes.
- Submit completed documents to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Promote safety and maintain discipline within the production area.
- Follow all instructions and directives from management promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a cosmetic manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to quality control.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of new products.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
