**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the skincare brand's marketing objectives and audience.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Set measurable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for engagement, growth, and conversions.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Work with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce visually compelling content that reflects the brand’s identity and promotes products effectively.
- Ensure content is aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid ads) to drive product sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and ROI (return on investment).
- Provide regular reports on campaign results, growth trends, engagement, and actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns and content based on performance data to improve outcomes.
- **Brand Advocacy & Influencer Collaboration**:

- Identify and reach out to potential influencers and brand ambassadors that align with the brand’s ethos.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including product gifting, content co-creation, and affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Track influencer performance and analyze impact on sales and brand perception.
- **Stay On Top of Trends**:

- Research and keep up with skincare industry trends, popular beauty routines, and new social media features (e.g., Reels, TikTok challenges).
- Incorporate relevant trending topics, hashtags, and viral content into your strategy to stay current.
- **Collaboration & Brand Voice**:

- Collaborate with the brand’s creative team to ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Ensure that all communications reflect the brand’s voice, values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) related to skincare products.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in social media marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or health & wellness industries.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in building brand presence, growing social media communities, and driving conversions.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Strong ability to create compelling content (including writing, visuals, and videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- **Analytics**: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and the ability to interpret data to improve strategy.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or micro-influencers to amplify brand reach.
- **Branding Skills**: Strong understanding of brand positioning and how to communicate a skincare brand’s unique story online.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging, authentic content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Skincare Knowledge**: Passion for skincare and an understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and customer needs.
- **Design Skills**: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for quick edits and social media posts.
- **Paid Advertising Experience**: Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
