Be familiar with sanitation regulations - Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc - Cook food in a timely manner - Assign tasks to kitchen staffs - Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen - Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed - Experiment with new recipes - Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations - Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
