**Location: Hyderabad, Noida**
**Rate: Subjected to Market**

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience with SIP telephony/SIP phones, SBC and/or System and Session Manager
- Strong Avaya UC and CC experience at solution level spanning multiple Avaya products.
- Avaya ACDS and/or ACSS Certification and Experience on many of the solutions outlined below
- Team Engagement, Aura Core, IX Workplace, IX Meetings, IX Messaging, CC Elite, CMS, Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others.
- Integration of Avaya systems with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts - CRM, Call Recording, Workforce Optimization, and others.
- Strong SIP Session Management and SIP protocol experience.
- Strong experience in Linux OS
- Core Data Networking and Network Management
- Security Architecture and Design - signaling and media encryption
- Programming - HTML, CSS, Java Scripts, Python, REST API, Postman
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Create and document Architecture Design Artifacts for the solution - Power Point for higher level design representation, Technical Visio Drawings, Configuration Details /Test Plans in Excel and Detailed descriptions in Microsoft Word.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AVAYA ARCHITECT: 10 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Avaya ACDS and/or ACSS Certification (preferred)
