Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad, IndiaTime: 6pm-3am IST Fulltime permanent EOR position We are hiring 7 Solution Architect and Presale Engineers. We have openings in the following skillset: Cisco, Palo Alto, Data Center, Generalist, Avaya, and Cyber Security. The Solution Architect / Presales Engineer acts as a trusted technical advisor, bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role supports sales teams by designing and presenting comprehensive architectures that span networking, collaboration, security, and data center environments.Key Responsibilities:Technical Solution Design:Develop end-to-end architectures leveraging one area of focus in the following categories: Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Palo Alto, Cyber Security or data center technologies.Create tailored solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.Experience in creating Bill of Materials (BOM)Presales Engagement:Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to understand customer objectives.Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution value.Consultative Advisory:Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise networking, unified communications, contact center platforms, cybersecurity, and data center infrastructure.Provide guidance on integration strategies and migration plans.Documentation & Proposals:Prepare detailed solution proposals, diagrams, and bill of materials.Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal engineering teams and vendor partners to ensure solution feasibility.Maintain strong relationships with Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Palo Alto, and other technology partners.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless), Avaya and Genesys contact center solutions, Palo Alto firewalls, and data center technologies (servers, storage, virtualization).10-15+ years experience, expert in fieldPresales Experience:Proven ability to engage with customers, understand business drivers, and translate them into technical solutions.Certifications (Preferred):Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Avaya Certified Specialist, Genesys Certified Professional, Palo Alto PCNSE, VMware VCP.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work 6PM - 3 AM IST onsite in Hyderabad
