**About the Role**:
We're looking for motivated individuals—both freshers and experienced professionals—who have strong communication skills and a knack for client coordination and customer support. If you’re confident, detail-oriented, and good with basic mathematics, we’d love to hear from you.
This role will involve client communication, internal coordination, and follow-ups related to recruitment and onboarding activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams
- Handle updates on interviews, offer letters, and onboarding status
- Keep trackers, documentation, and internal records updated
- Support the recruitment cycle with timely follow-ups and communication
- Use basic math skills to maintain accuracy in reporting and data entries
**Requirements**:
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for basic tracking and reporting
- Good with basic mathematics for daily coordination tasks
- Must be proactive, reliable, and a team player
**Immediate joiners will be given priority**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
