Tgt English Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the English language and literature curriculum objectives and standards, incorporating a variety of literary genres, writing styles, and language skills.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that foster critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills, utilizing a range of teaching strategies, instructional materials, and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, including written assignments, oral presentations, and standardized tests, and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and language development.
- **Literacy Development**: Promote literacy skills development by encouraging reading comprehension, writing proficiency, vocabulary expansion, and grammar mastery through a variety of reading materials and writing activities.
- **Language Proficiency**: Cultivate students' language proficiency and fluency in English through immersive language experiences, communicative activities, and language practice opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, and promoting mutual respect, collaboration, and active participation among students.
- **Differentiation**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, including English language learners (ELLs) and students with special educational needs, providing appropriate accommodations, modifications, and support as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development, participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities, and contribute to the overall academic success of students and the school community.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness, stay abreast of current trends and best practices in English language teaching and literature studies, and seek opportunities for growth and improvement in teaching practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, English Language Teaching, Education, or related field.
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) certification or equivalent qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in English language and literature at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English language proficiency standards, literature genres, and writing conventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a diverse educational setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
