Tgt Social Science Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to enhance student understanding and retention.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, and promoting mutual respect and cooperation among students.
- **Differentiation**: Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs, and provide appropriate accommodations and support as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development, participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities, and contribute to the overall academic success of students and the school community.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in social science education, and seek opportunities for growth and improvement in teaching practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies for social science education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
