**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver high-quality English language and literature lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster critical thinking, communication, and literacy skills through the exploration of literature, writing, and language.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to support student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate English language skills across the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student academic progress and well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.

**Salary Range**: INR 30,000 - 40,000 per month
