**Job Title: Salesman/Sales Representative**
As a Salesman or Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to sell products or services to customers by identifying their needs, demonstrating the value of the offerings, and closing sales transactions. You will engage with potential and existing customers to build relationships, understand their requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, and online platforms to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services being offered.
3. Listen to customer needs, concerns, and objections, and address them effectively to build trust and rapport.
4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, pricing, promotions, and terms of sale to customers.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and encourage repeat business.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position offerings and overcome objections.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software or other tracking tools.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a retail, B2B, or direct sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using computers and sales software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and achieve sales targets.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation (if required for the role).
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory or region (if applicable).
- Ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 54 per week
