**Mandatory Experience**: 2 to 3 years of offshore experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for offshore oil and gas projects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare and review electrical design documents, including single-line diagrams, cable schedules, equipment layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard design software (**e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Smart Plant, etc.) **to create accurate and efficient designs.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and instrumentation engineers, to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC), client specifications, and project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct design reviews, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- **Site Support**: Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of offshore projects, including site visits as required.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve design issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in electrical design within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in offshore electrical design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Smart Plant, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, offshore regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel offshore as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with international offshore projects.
- Certification in offshore safety and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with advanced 3D modeling tools for electrical design.

Pay: From ₹31,234.36 per month
