Coordination with other departments like Import/Export desk, Customer Care, Transport, PFT warehouse, Steel Team Responsible for rake unloading & loading within given time frame.
- Responsible for private vehicle loading & unloading in EXIM/EMPTY/DSO Yard within given time frame.
- Responsible for proper stacking as per YMS/DGPS mapping in Exim/Empty/DSO yard
- Responsible for timely placement of loaded/empty containers at warehouse for stuffing/destuffing.
- Responsible for timely placement of Import/Export containers for Custom Examination.
- Responsible for timely placement of empty containers at MNR points for repairing.
- Coordination for smooth operation work inside the terminal.
- Preparation of RST moves report (Yard wise)
- Responsible for conducting physical inventory for all yard twice a month.
- Co-ordination with Railways Station for timely placement & removal of rakes.
- Coordination station master for arrangement of Power & Crew
- Coordination with C& W Team for timely Rake Examination.
- Timely submission of train summary & forwarding to CGS.
- Coordination with CGS for timely RR generation
- Calculation of Railway Haulage, Demurrage charges, stabling changes, shunting changes, Etc. and verifying the same with CGS.
- Timely updating of RMS for Rake arrival, departure, delay, TXR details, Data sharing to CGS for RR generation.
- Preparation of Daily Rake handling reports for all types of rakes and timely sharing with management.
- Responsible for smooth operations at Gate, yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
- Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.
- Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
- Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
- Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.
- Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
- To have zero customer complaints.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.
- To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
- To follow strictly the SOPs of Gate, Yard, Rail & warehouse operation
- Ensure timely loading/unloading of containers as per TAT.
- Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%
- Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
- Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
