**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Engage with leads and prospects professionally and persuasively, aiming to secure sales appointments or close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and salesopportunities in the CRM system.
- Listen to and address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally andefficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and track the progress of potentialcustomers.
- Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance sales skillsand product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but notrequired.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to confidently and persuasively present product information to potential customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed salestargets.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

**Compensation**: Base salary with commission or performance-based bonuses. Benefits package (if applicable).

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
