**Job Posting: Telemarketing Executive (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact potential clients via phone to promote real estate properties and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Gender: Female
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and property types.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
