A tele caller, also known as a telemarketer, is a professional who makes phone calls to potential customers in order to promote or sell a product or service. The main job of a tele caller is to make calls, explain the features and benefits of the product or service they are selling, and convince the potential customer to make a purchase.

The following is a full job description for a tele caller:
**Job Title: Tele Caller/Telemarketer**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Location: Warje, Pune-Maharashtra**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about the product or service being offered.
- Follow a script while making calls and ensure that all the required information is provided to the customer.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone while speaking to customers and answer any questions they may have about the product or service.
- Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the product or service.
- Provide feedback to the management team about the effectiveness of the sales script and any customer concerns or suggestions.
- Ensure that all calls are made in compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, including using a CRM system and Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to speak multiple languages to communicate with customers from different regions.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and be a team player.
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to changes.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Training in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
