**Inventory Executive**

The Inventory Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities related to material unloading, physical inspection, and documentation processes. The role involves coordinating with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and ensuring the seamless flow of information regarding inward materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor and assess the availability of space for material unloading on a daily basis.

2. Conduct physical inspection of materials upon arrival to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

3. Daily completion of material sheets, organized by section, to track and document the received materials.

4. Ensure the timely delivery of Inward Sheets and challan copies to the CRM team.

5. Maintain effective coordination with the CRM team to facilitate the smooth transfer of information.

6. Consistently uphold the procedures for material unloading and inspection to guarantee efficiency.

7. Actively participate in the documentation process, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.

8. Regularly communicate with the CRM team to provide updates on material status and any relevant information.

9. Collaborate with various departments to streamline the inward material workflow.

10. Proactively address any issues or discrepancies in the material unloading and documentation processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 2 years (preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- SAP Supply Chain Management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (preferred)
