Should be responsible for procurement of material and services from vendors and rate contract management.
- Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies to identify and develop multiple sources for various goods and services.
- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms for ordering necessary goods and services
- Finalize details of orders and deliveries and release the purchase order.
- Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key stake-holders to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
- Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
- Controls spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Ensure on time delivery of all assets and track orders
- Maintain a record of all the existing and new assets with all details
- Handover assets as per requirement to stakeholders and keep an inventory record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
