We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Kumaars Motors. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting Piaggio 3-wheelers, and driving sales through outbound calling campaigns. You will also handle inbound inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Piaggio 3-wheelers and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing product information and assistance to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the database.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Passion for automobiles and willingness to learn about Piaggio 3-wheelers.
