**Key Responsibilities**:
**Functional Expertise**
- **Financial and Business KPI Monitoring**: Continuously track and analyze financial KPIs, highlighting trends, variances, and cost factors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- **Corporate Accounting and Reporting**: Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, reinsurance, revenue accounting, regulatory reporting, and management functions.
- **Financial Controls Implementation**: Design and evaluate internal financial controls, including Accounting Matrix, SOPs, BIA, BCP, and RCSAs, to maintain robust financial integrity.
- **Cost Reduction and Standardization**: Take complete ownership of sustainable cost reduction initiatives and policy standardization in alignment with industry benchmarks.
- **Forecasting and Business Analysis**: Review historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate business outcomes, identifying actionable insights.
- **Competitor Benchmarking**: Monitor competitor strategies to benchmark company performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
- **Cash Management Enhancements**: Implement improvements in cash management accuracy and efficiency, overseeing payout management for policyholders and vendors.

**Problem Solving and Decision-Making**
- **Revenue and Profitability Management**: Independently lead discussions on revenue management, pricing, discounts, and working capital to drive profitability.
- **Business Review Facilitation**: Lead regular business review meetings, presenting insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- **Stakeholder Alignment**: Directly engage with business teams to ensure alignment on revenue management strategies and foster collaborative decision-making.
- **Insightful Reporting**: Act as the go-to source for business metrics, facilitating informed discussions and regular review sessions.

**Requirements to Succeed in This Role**:
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: CA or MBA in Finance, with 12-16 years of experience.
- **Industry Experience**: Proven track record in startups, consulting, or high-paced work environments, especially within the Fintech/NBFC domain.
- **Technical Expertise**: Deep experience in financial analysis, large-scale data management, quarterly/monthly financial reporting, and budgeting.
