**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- **Compliance & Audit**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including taxation and corporate governance.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring financial integrity and transparency.
- **Fundraising Support**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial models and presentations for fundraising initiatives.
- Engage with investors, providing clear financial data and insights.
- Monitor and report on the utilization of raised funds to stakeholders.
- **Due Diligence**:

- Lead financial due diligence processes for fundraising, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial records and documentation required for due diligence.
- **Process Improvement & Automation**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes using technology.
- Collaborate with tech teams to integrate financial tools with Shunya’s existing platforms, such as VIDHI and Drishti.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Build and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- **Strategic Partner**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
- Evaluate financial implications of new projects, investments, and business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards in India.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Proven experience in fundraising and managing due diligence processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the agriculture, tech, or startup sectors is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
