**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.
- Ensure food is prepared according to standard recipes and presented professionally.
- Operate kitchen equipment including tandoor, gas stoves, grinders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor and control food stock and ingredients to minimize waste.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes or seasonal specialties.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI or equivalent).
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and assist in training junior cooks or helpers.
- Maintain portion control and consistent food quality.
- Communicate effectively with service staff for timely food delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup.
- Knowledge of various Indian cuisines (North Indian, South Indian, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Good knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary diploma or food production certification is an advantage.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
