**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as a proactive approach to market research and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts and campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and deal closures.
**Job Requirements and Conditions**:
- **Probation Period**: This role includes a 6-month probation period. During this time, any leave taken will be recorded as Leave Without Pay (LWP).
- **On-the-Job Training**: A 3-month training period will be provided to help familiarize you with our products and processes.
- **Bond Agreement**: A 2-year bond will be required for job security. However, if performance is unsatisfactory, employment may be discontinued.
- **Package**: The total annual package is **₹240,000**.
**Requirements**:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
