
Liaison Officer

The Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of contact between a company or organization and various officers, government agencies. The role involves coordinating, managing, and facilitating all aspects of revenue matters, follow ups for respective land related files. The liaison officer is also responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and maintaining positive relationships with all government agencies & authorities, thereby representing on behalf of Karnavat Group.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Co-ordinating with Revenue & Govt. Agencies**:
- Collector Office, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsildar, Talathi, TILR.
- MSRDC, MMRDA, Registrar Offices, Gram Panchayat Office
- Procurement of Revenue Records, etc.
2. **File Drafting & Follow-up**:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and following up with government officers for each respective file
- Act as an intermediary between our organization & the government body to facilitate smooth file movement.
3. **Land Acquisition Knowledge**
- Deep Knowledge of Land acquisition & should have completed successful land acquisitions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge revenue line, 7/12, Varg (1/2), Mutation Entries (Ferfar), 8A, Etc.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for transactions.
4. **NA Permission / Building Permission**
- Should have successfully completed NA Permission, NA Plotting Permissions
- Follow up with Fire Dept, Sewage Dept, Water Dept, Etc.
5. **Google Maps / Google Earth**:
- Basic knowledge & understanding of google maps & google earth for identification & demarcation of the plot
- Online searching of 7/12, Mutation Entries, Ready Reckoner Rates, Etc.
6. **Project Filing & Updates**:
- Maintain project wise filing & reports for each project
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate company in liaison, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of communicating with govt. officers, follow up of files, and co-ordination.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate with govt. agencies & other bodies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Work Environment**:The Real Estate Liaison Officer will typically work on field traveling with some office time for updates & meeting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
