Job Description We are seeking an experienced Liaison Officer (Technical) to manage statutory approvals and coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with BMC, SRA, DCPR, and MRTP regulations, facilitating smooth project execution and timely approvals. Key Responsibilities: Statutory Approvals: - Secure necessary approvals from BMC, SRA, and other statutory authorities for projects. - Prepare and submit required documents, drawings, and applications in compliance with DCPR/MRTP regulations. Authority Coordination: - Act as the primary liaison between project teams and government authorities. - Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and track approvals to ensure timely clearance. Consultant & Internal Coordination: - Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project plans meet regulatory requirements. - Communicate updates and requirements to internal teams for seamless project progress. Compliance Monitoring: - Ensure all projects adhere to local zoning, building, and regulatory norms. - Identify potential compliance risks and proactively address them. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of approvals, correspondences, and submissions. - Prepare regular status reports for management on pending and approved statutory clearances. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in handling BMC, SRA, DCPR/MRTP approvals. - Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and project approval processes.
